Our support and aftercare is second to none and we’re very proud of the service we provide. e-clinic comes with ongoing support and free upgrades as part of the cloud-hosted package.
Our support team are available to answer questions and solve technical problems on weekdays between 9am and 5pm (excluding public holidays). Larger clinics can arrange out of hours support and round the clock cover can be provided at additional cost.

Submit your support ticket by email and the team will call you back and talk you through the issue or connect direct to your desktop using remote access tools. As well as strong technical knowledge, our support team understand your business and can offer practical tips and solutions.
