It’s been a busy year for us at e-clinic. As well as supporting our clients to deliver the diverse services they offer, behind the scenes we have been hard at work on an exciting new offering.
Since we joined the ClearCourse group, our focus has been to grow the business with our industry-specific software and embedded payments platform. This allows you to manage your business and take payments all within one great application. We’ve also started to think about how we can build an even better product for the future.
Last November, when Blue Zinc IT also joined the Clearcourse family, we began working on an ambitious project to build out a best-in-class health platform, using the impressive Blue Zinc technology.
The Blue Zinc platform is a secure, scalable and reliable platform running on Google Cloud. Our delivery model includes robust CI/CD processes that provide automated testing, security and vulnerability scanning and frequent deployments. Using the high quality networking on Google Cloud, we get excellent stability and latency wherever your device is.
This December will see the first milestone reached in our plans, as we relaunch e-clinic as a web-based system, built on this established and secure platform.
Release one sees a focus on MSK and Aesthetics clinics – and will include all the features our e-clinic customers know and love, plus new additions including:
· Patient portal for online booking and access to payment gateway
· Automations; automation of CRM tasks to enhance client communications and reduce manual admin tasks to drive efficiency
· Even greater security with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) via SMS or passkeys for passwordless sign in
So, how do you make sure you get all the benefits of this exciting new release? The great news is you don’t need to do anything. We’ll be transitioning all customers over to the new platform over the coming months, at no additional cost. If you’d like to make the move sooner rather than later please get in touch with us.

We have also created a specific brand to link our wide range of Health products together – and are excited to introduce you to Clearcourse Health.
This new brand has been on show at some of our recent events, so some of you will have already had a sneak peek. We have brought together our combined knowledge, experience and best in class products. This ensures that whatever our clients need, we have a solution that grows with them, coupled with our fully embedded payments proposition.
