1. Patients can pay in person using chip and pin, or contactless if the transaction is below the limit. A card machine is provided as part of the package.

3. You can also take payment over the phone when a patient calls to book an appointment. Simply key in the card details manually on your computer. If the patient is happy, you can save the details for future bookings.

Best of all, card payments are fully integrated with e-clinic. That means e-clinic is automatically updated with details of the transaction. A receipt can be printed or emailed to the patient, and the outstanding balance is updated or cleared.
